Crane power supply equipment system

Bridge cranes are prone to power outages during use, sometimes generating sparks inside the power transmission ducts. In severe cases, the sliding contact line may have the sound of firecrackers exploding, causing frequent replacement of the current collector and affecting production. Komei has made the following improvements:

(1) Increase the chamfer of the collector brush and polish it smooth;

(2) Increase the strength and elasticity of the spring between the two relative brushes of the current collector to ensure that the spring recovers freely;

(3) Deepen. Strengthen the spring seat in the current collector to ensure that the recovery spring of the brush is not easily "misaligned" during operation;

(4) The connection block between the two safety sliding contact lines should be chamfered to ensure a smooth transition of the current collector.

To ensure the normal use of the safety sliding contact line, standardized operation by the crane operator, regular maintenance by the maintenance worker, and regular inspections are also essential.
